Bangladesh. BRAC Microfinance Programme is looking for:
Management Trainee :
Management trainees are recruited in BRAC Microfinance with
the objective to develop potentials for mid-level management and operations. On
successful completion of one year probation period. They will be responsible
for managing financial portfolio through three tiers of teams and will
represent BRAC Microfinance at the regional level to coordinate with stakeholders
from internal functions, government organizations and other microfinance
institutions. Within approximately four years (including probation period) by
gaining experience in field offices, high performers will be transferred to
Head Office or BRAC International.
Education
Qualification:
Masters in any discipline from any recognized university
with all 1st division/class or CGPA 3.00
Experience
Requirement:
At least 1 year of continuous job experience

Sound analytical ability
Age:
Maximum 30
years
Salary:
Tk.
32,000 per month
