Assistant Legal Counsel (Corporate Legal Affairs)

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Handle civil, criminal and company related legal issues and represent company at the court
Perform legal formalities regarding lease, purchase and sale of property & check and verify related documents
Prepare deeds, agreements and bonds etc.
Provide all types of legal support to the company

Requirements :

Pre-requisite to apply:

LL.M. with LL.B. (Hons.) from any reputed university
Enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conversant in drafting agreements, deeds and legal documents
Well conversant with MS Office
Within 35 years of age

Job Nature : Full Time

Place : Corporate Headquarters, Dhaka

Educational Qualification : LL.M. with LL.B. (Hons.) from any reputed university

Salary : Tk. 35,000 to 40,000 per month
