Chief Executive Officer (CEO) wanted for running a state of the art , fully automated , sweater Factory owned by a large multinational sweater Manufacturing company . Position is based in an EPZ in and the Factory currently has over 2000 employees .
• The CEO will have primary P&L responsibility of the company , and will have to set up financial controls , standard operating procedures and HR policies for the company to achieve the budgeted revenue , profit and growth targets.
• Develop relationships with retailers , brands and buying houses and implement the overall sales , product development and marketing strategy for the company .
• Managing the total operation of the factory including production , Merchandising , Technical , Quality , HR , Admin and Supply Chain departments .
Requirements:
Education :
Preferably MBA or masters Degree from IBA or any top university of Bangladesh or foreign institute . Specialized degree related to textile engineering , apparel merchandising or fabric technology would be given higher preference .
Experience : 15 years or more experience in good reputed organizations in the RMG or other manufacturing sectors . Must at least 5 years experience in a top level position equivalent to CEO/ COO/Factory Head . Familiarity with sweater production or marketing will be considered positively.
