Job Description :
    Maintain the current portfolio of the business efficiency
    Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    Answer queries on compensation and benefit matters
    Prepare report by collecting ,analyzing and summarizing data and trends
    Willing to visit clients regularly and marketing will be considered as added advantage.
    Work under pressure
    Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
    Operate Computer & Software related work
    Must be proficiency of MS Excel.
Educational Requirements :
    Graduate's/ MBA/ Master's in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements :

    Finance/Accounts, Market Development (Banking), Insurance Marketing & Sales
