Job Description :
- Legal adviser
- Legal, Admin & Site Admin
- Drafting
- Communicate with govt. or private sector
- Documentation
- To look after corporate legal matters,
- Consulting company executives regarding legal aspect of topics of interest.
- Drafting of Agreement,
- land papers handling
- Legal notice issue
- To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
- To advise about all types of legal compliance
- Reply letter issue of client
- Look after staff problem, case, notice, legal notice & others
- Companies others legal matters look after
- Court & others legal matters look after independently
- Case file, contest, attend as companies representative
- Management of given Consultant Contracts from the superior.
- LLB or LL.M from any reputed University approved by UGC.
- Applicant should have the Bar Council Membership.
- Should have adequate knowledge on Labor Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law.

Compliance, Lawyer, Regulatory, Audit/Investigation, Labor Law, Tax Law, Criminal law - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.

- To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, Corporate and real estate issues.
- Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation
