Job Details :
The incumbent must be competent in drafting of all kinds of land related documentations.
Have to prepare various kind of agreements (Sales Deed, Lease Deed, Agreement of Pledge etc.)
To assist in vetting of various agreements related land and properties.
Preparing various kinds of (especially land and apartment related) deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and in due course, registration of the same with the Sub-Registry office.
Candidates should also have sound knowledge in the fields of land, real estate and property law, court procedures etc.
Educational Qualification :
BA/ B.Com/ LLB/ LLM from reputed institution.
Experience : At least 10 year(s)
