Job Details :
Mainly, Associates for the Land & Banking
Documentation Department will have the responsibility of liaising with bankers,
vetting land documents and drafting charge documents and other banking
documents.
Vetting different sorts of land related
documents;
Preparing various kinds of (specially land and
apartment related) deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and
mortgage and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar
Office;
Review of loan and security documents of classified
borrower of Banks, leasing companies and other financial instruments;
Authentication of all Sale Deeds and allotment
Agreement and Deed of Agreement for all department;
Vetting of contracts and other
documents;
Draft legal instruments/ letters for Corporate
affairs on legal issues
Legal opinion on various kinds of
documents;
Extensive legal research skills
Interactions with the clients, conducting initial
meetings with the clients, taking down details, receive documents, keeping in
touch with clients and follow-up.
Checking of legal documents.
Follow up of legal issues (licensing
/approvals/renewals) with concerned regulator
Dealing with all sorts of company matters and
concerning the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).
Must have adequate Knowledge in
Computing.
Successful Applicant must sign for minimum One year
Contract with Matin Jurist & Associates.

Educational Qualification :
Applicant must have an LL.B. from a reputed
university.
Enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh Bar
Council
Experience : At least 2 year(s)
Employment Requirements :
Age 22 to 35 year(s)
2-3 years' experience in relevant field with
excellent writing skill in English.
Excellent inter-personal and negotiation
skills
Team player with flexibility and
adaptability
Operating computer (MS Office, email,
internet).
Candidates MUST have a MINIMUM of 2 years'
experience in handling banking and land documentation at a reputed law
firm.
Must demonstrate dedication and
competence
