Job Details for the post of ''Executive Legal" :
Maintain the list of cases in different courts for Rangs Group of Companies.
Prepare and maintain the list rent agreement as well as original deed of rent agreement for different show room and office spaces of RGC.
Prepare FIR in different police station and complaint petition in different courts in favor of company.
Prepare MOU with other companies & organizations; Bangladesh with foreign countries.
To prepare various types of show cause notices for violation of Labor law-2006 by the companies employees
Traveling various places of country for the job requirement.
Handling of legal matters arising out of the above affairs. Safe keeping of documents.
Perform any other tasks assign by the Legal Adviser or Legal Management.
Educational Qualification for the post of ''Executive Legal":
LL.B/LL.M from a reputed university/ Institute.
Minimum second class in all educational examinations.
Requirements :
Must be enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council.
Must be competent in Computer & MS Office
