To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement
Communicate with govt. or private sector
To scrutinize and prepare various bi-lateral and multi-lateral agreements, contract, MoU, undertaking, legal notice, both domestic and international perspective.
Drafting of agreement & Documentation
Court & others legal matters look after independently
Case file, contest, attend as companies representative
Management of given Consultant Contracts from the superior.
Reply letter issue of client
To advise about all types of legal compliance
Educational Qualification :
LLB or LL.M from any reputed University approved by UGC.
Applicant should have the Bar Council Membership.
Should have adequate knowledge on Labor Law , Civil Law , and Criminal Law.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Lawyer, Regulatory, Audit/Investigation, Labor Law, Tax Law
